Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the professional services provided by Open Sky Artists, LLC. By engaging our studio, you agree to be bound by these terms of partnership.

1. Studio Services

Open Sky Artists, LLC agrees to provide bespoke digital marketing services as outlined in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or studio service agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, Architectural SEO, Precision PPC, social storytelling, and high-authority content creation. The specific scope and creative timelines will be detailed in the SOW.

2. Partner Obligations

The partner agrees to provide Open Sky Artists, LLC with timely access to necessary information, data, and digital assets (e.g., website access, ad account credentials) required to perform our craft. The partner is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to the studio.

3. Investment Terms

Fees for studio services will be set forth in the SOW. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due in advance of each growth period. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of creative services and campaign management.

4. Professional Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained from the other party during the course of the partnership. This includes brand strategies, financial information, and proprietary Campaign Data. This obligation of silence survives the termination of our agreement.

5. Intellectual Property & Artistry

The partner retains all intellectual property rights to the content and materials they provide to Open Sky Artists, LLC. Any unique work product created by Open Sky Artists, LLC specifically for the partner as part of our services (e.g., custom ad copy, strategic reports, creative assets) will become the property of the partner upon full payment for the services rendered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Open Sky Artists, LLC will perform its services with professional mastery and care. However, we do not guarantee specific algorithmic results, such as exact search rankings or conversion rates, as these are subject to factors beyond our studio's control. In no event shall Open Sky Artists, LLC be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of our partnership.

7. Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the partner is responsible for all fees and studio time incurred up to the effective date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Open Sky Artists, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
